Job Summary
SouthEast Bank seeks a Teller to be the first customer contact, delivering exceptional service while processing transactions, identifying referral opportunities, and supporting branch relationships. Responsibilities include completing customer transactions per guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations, pursuing ongoing product knowledge, and following bank policies. Must operate an on-line teller terminal, complete necessary training, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Physical duties include sitting for long periods and lifting 10-20 lbs; schedule may include Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Cash handling or sales experience, preferred
- Prior Customer Service experience, preferred
