Job Summary
As a SouthEast Bank teller you will be the first contact to our valued customers, delivering exceptional service and completing transactions in a fast-paced environment. You will identify referral opportunities, refer customers to appropriate departments, and support branch partners while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations. You will pursue ongoing education on bank products, services, and federal regulations, and operate the on-line teller terminal. The role requires working a rotating schedule (which may include Saturdays) and lifting 10-20 lbs periodically. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; cash handling or sales experience and prior customer service experience are preferred. The position emphasizes accurate, courteous service, attention to detail, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
