Job Summary
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions while verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification. Balance your cash drawer daily and support branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations. Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone, maintaining confidentiality and referring clients to specialized services. Perform vault counts and drive-up transactions, requiring the ability to stand and walk the majority of the shift. Handle lifting up to 40 pounds infrequently and exercise fine motor skills for computer operations. Work Monday through Friday with occasional rotating Saturday mornings, serving as a key representative of the organization at community functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service and cash-handling experience
- Must be able to stand and walk the majority of the work shift hours
- Must be able to grasp and lift up to 40 pounds infrequently
- Bending, stooping about 5-10% of the workday
