Job Summary
Deliver a positive and reliable in-branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, assess their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools and self-service options. Build relationships by listening to everyday financial needs and referring customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers. Identify product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer complex guidance to a banker. Maintain accuracy and manage risk by following policies and controls while collaborating with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences. This role is described as a front-line Teller position within Wells Fargo’s National Branch Network and includes the opportunity for growth through Wells Fargo’s training, coaching, and team-based culture. Job Expectations include working Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
