Job Summary
Grants Management Specialist / Grants Support Specialist to support a US Federal Government client via telework. Responsibilities include administrative, analytical, and technical support for the full federal grants lifecycle in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and applicable federal regulations, using eGMS for data entry and tracking, preparing eligibility analyses and budget reviews, supporting peer review activities, producing reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance and monitoring, handling PII with confidentiality, and providing regular status updates in a remote work environment. The role emphasizes support for IMLS programs (OLS, OMS, G2S), non-Inherently Governmental functions, and remote delivery with direct teamwork in a government-administered grants context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting federal grants management operations pursuant to 2 CFR 200
- Experience supporting pre-award, post-award, monitoring, compliance, or grants administration activities for a federal agency or federally funded grant program
- Experience using electronic grants management systems such as eGMS or similar grant lifecycle management platforms
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Word
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and handling complex PDF documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage workload priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a remote work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in accordance with federal privacy and confidentiality requirements
