Job Summary
Observe and provide supportive care to assigned patients to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for those deemed potential safety risks. Work onsite in Duluth, MN, rotating through day, evening, and night shifts starting at 6am, 2pm, or 10pm, with hours ending at 2:30pm, 10:30pm, or 6:30am. Weekend and holiday coverage is required, and there is no call obligation. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for new hires. Candidates must meet specific licensure or experience requirements, including six months of nursing assistant experience or completion of a recognized training program.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry
- BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date
- 6 months of nursing assistant experience
- Completion of one semester of clinical rotations within an accredited nursing program
- Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be able to work day/eve/night rotations
- Must be able to work shifts starting at 6am, 2pm, or 10pm
- Must be able to work shifts ending at 2:30pm, 10:30pm, or 6:30am
