Job Summary
Telesales Team Manager needed to build, lead, and develop a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs, driving revenue through campaigns and sales strategies, analysing data to identify trends and improve performance, ensuring adherence to scripts, processes, and regulatory requirements, and providing coaching to improve call quality and customer experience.
