Job Summary
Telesales Commission Sales Representative (In-House) engages current owners to upgrade ownership, handles outbound/inbound calls, uncovers needs, overcomes objections, and presents the full range of VI Resorts vacation products. This commission-driven role aims to achieve sales targets with a 45-day lead engagement cycle, cross-selling across multiple properties, and collaboration with the Telesales team lead. Requires CRM/call-center familiarity, strong verbal communication, and a resilient, performance-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Timeshare License or ability to obtain (employer assistance to apply on first day)
- 6+ months of timeshare or sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and sales closing skills
