Job Summary
Generate sales leads to drive positive company sales results through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining Member accounts and data. Make cold calls to prospective Members, presenting product value and handling complaints to preserve the company's reputation. Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information to support future quota attainment. Based in Yaba, Lagos or surrounding areas, this role offers a base salary of NGN 100,000k per month plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum degree acquired from a reputable university
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other Sales/Member Service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Must be based in Yaba, Lagos or surrounding areas
Desired Qualifications
- Finance/FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/Renewable Energy Industry is preferred however, fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand Member needs
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
