Job Summary
Contact customers to prompt orders, understand purchasing decisions, and execute remote upselling. Resolve customer concerns, address spoken and unspoken issues, and record feedback into the database. Collaborate with the team and finance departments to identify process errors and resolve payment reconciliation and delivery problems. Requires proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu, with a basic computer and Excel comfort level. Intake scheduled for August 10.
