Job Summary
Sells or renews company products/services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territory, industry or accounts; may generate prospective customers through cold calling and follow up leads; multi-channel inbound/outbound sales with focus on lead qualification and prospecting; requires technical product knowledge and may cover large, diverse territories; supports field sales and may act as sole sales rep for assigned accounts; builds relationships with channel partners; minimal travel; emphasizes learning industry and company offerings and meeting individual or shared quotas; combines operations like order processing, quotation generation, and delivery follow-up; describes a knowledge base of information and willingness to lead or mentor junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years’ functional experience
- HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience
