Job Summary
Connect with potential donors via phone, email, and other channels to spark interest in meaningful charity campaigns. Develop and nurture lasting donor relationships by highlighting the value and impact of initiatives in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese. Share stories and successes of partner charities to bridge generosity with real-world change while consistently meeting and exceeding sales and fundraising goals. Maintain detailed records of donor interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective objectives in a remote team environment. This role supports the growth of a purpose-driven organization focused on charity advocacy and donor engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High School certificate, Diploma, or Degree (or equivalent) in any field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with donors and convey charity value, fluently in English & Mandarin
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets, showcasing your determination and focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
