Job Summary
Telesales Commission Sales Representative (Dayline) responsible for outbound/inbound calls to past timeshare owners, re-engaging canceled owners, and guiding them through a sales process to match products to customer needs. Role involves managing leads over a 45-day sales cycle with consistent follow-up, presenting the full Westgate product portfolio, and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting needs and expectations. Targets include 50+ calls daily and $40,000+ in net volume. Requires active Florida Real Estate License, 6+ months timeshare sales experience preferred, high school diploma or GED, strong communication and objection-handling skills, CRM proficiency, and an organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented approach. This is an Independent Contractor, commission-driven role with weekly pay and no benefits, aligned with Westgate Resorts’ values of Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License required
- 6+ months timeshare sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
