Job Summary
Telesales and CBU Support Manager leads the strategic and operational scaling of Telesales capabilities within CBU processes, oversees telesales vendors and performance, partners with Digital Experience, IT, and Data teams to generate customer insights (VOC), and collaborates across functions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include defining and tracking Telesales KPIs, managing vendor relationships and costs, driving program impact, ensuring platform readiness for data capture, and delivering actionable insights to improve customer experience. The role sits within Digital Operations, collaborating with Digital Brands, Trade Customer Experience, CRM & Marketing Automation, and E-Commerce to support current and future distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Media & Communications, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG Sales, Telesales, Digital, or BPO
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Media & Communications, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG Sales, Telesales, Digital, or BPO
- Strong English communication skills; Tagalog is an advantage
- Experience in telesales, customer/consumer care, or project management (FMCG, Financial Services, IT/Mobile preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data/reporting systems
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
