Job Summary
Conduct daily crop care including watering, growth monitoring, and reporting deviations. Collaborate with the Production Location Planner and Cultivation Specialist to optimize crop quality and greenhouse occupancy. Assist with minor technical maintenance and manage biological crop protection and disease control. Maintain sustainable practices by reducing chemical usage while delivering consistent product quality. Work with climate computers and specialized equipment to ensure optimal growing conditions.
