Job Summary
Telephonic Triage Nurse role (Remote) focused on triaging patients via phone and/or one-way video, using clinical expertise and proprietary algorithms to guide care. Responsibilities include interviewing and documenting symptoms, delivering patient guidance, and maintaining high standards of productivity and care quality. Schedule options include Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (20 hrs/wk) with shift times aligned to Arizona Time, plus rotating weekend coverage. Requirements include RN licensure/eligibility and strong communication, empathy, and nursing assessment skills. The role supports a remote-first environment with emphasis on patient experience and mental well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility
- Ability to triage by asking probing questions and capturing incident details
- Ability to document symptoms/ complaints, nursing assessment, and patient response
- Strong communication skills and empathy under stress
- Proficiency with telephonic/one-way video technology and proprietary triage algorithms
- Availability for Full-Time or Part-Time schedules as described (Arizona Time)
