Job Summary
Telephonic RN role providing patient and caregiver education over the phone per clinical protocols, collaborating with treating physicians, coaching patients to improve well-being, and supporting clinical departments with training and mentoring. Full-time, work-from-home in a compact-state remote setup; shift from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm CST with training weeks starting at various times. Requires active compact-state RN license, BSN/ASN as noted, and applicable telecommunications readiness. Salary range $31-$53 per hour with benefits and potential annual bonus; internet requirements and a comprehensive benefits package are included.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)

- Must reside in a compact state
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with a BSN degree OR 5-8 years with an ASN degree OR 8-11 years with RN license
- Active unencumbered license in the resident state
- Complete NCLEX or recognized state board exam
- Maintain nursing licenses without restrictions as a condition of employment
- Microbiology course completed for California licensure
- Knowledge in Neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Minimum internet speeds: 5 Mbps upload / 2 Mbps download; 10 Mbps/5 Mbps if work-from-home
- Valid driver’s license
