Job Summary
Telephonic/telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) providing virtual care in a remote, part-time role (20 hours/week) across various markets with 24/7 coverage requirements, including evenings, nights, and rotating weekends. The role requires using an telephonic/telehealth platform, optional video platform, and EMR to conduct comprehensive medical and behavioral care, coordinate with facilities and providers, document encounters per CMS regulations, participate in care coordination and quality initiatives, and maintain compliance and ongoing education. Requires active NP license (state of residence and Colorado) and a Master’s degree (MSN/DNP); flexible, cross-market scheduling with shift coverage, holidays, and weekend rotations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license in the state of residence and Colorado (or ability to obtain in other required locations)
- Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
- Ability to obtain a collaborative practice agreement if applicable in your state
- APCs practicing autonomously or without supervision must have necessary approvals (licensing board requirements) as applicable
