Job Summary
Telephonic Nurse Practitioner (NP) role delivering telehealth care to members 24/7 from a remote/home setting. Requires NP license in one of OH, MO, WI, or IN with ability to obtain in other required locations; board certification in Family NP, Adult NP, Gerontology NP, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP; MSN or DNP degree; DEA licensure or ability to obtain; EMR proficiency; provide medical and behavioral health care coordination, comprehensive assessments, and documentation compliant with CMS; shift variety including after-hours, weekends, and holidays; 40 hours/week with 26 weekends/year and holiday scheduling; remote care delivery across multiple markets; collaboration with physicians and other providers; adherence to privacy and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
- Active and unrestricted license in the state which you reside, as well as States of Ohio, Missouri, Indiana or Wisconsin
- Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement, if applicable in your state
- NP: Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in Family Nurse Practitioner|Adult Nurse Practitioner|Gerontology Nurse Practitioner|Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
