Required Qualifications
- GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) including Maths and English
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- patience and empathy
- previous contact centre or financial services experience not essential, full training provided
