Job Summary
Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales for recognizable brands, answering questions, recommending solutions, and resolving customer issues effectively. Manage customer accounts, document interactions, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries while adhering to scripts and compliance policies. Protect customer privacy, escalate complex problems, and maintain attendance and scheduling expectations. Complete a full application with screening questions and a pre-employment test to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
