Job Summary
Make and receive calls in a professional, courteous manner while using training and tools to answer questions and recommend solutions. Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively by researching and collaborating with internal departments. Accurately manage customer accounts and document interactions while following scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive data responsibly, escalating complex issues when needed. Stay current with training, system updates, and program changes while meeting attendance and scheduling expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Job offers are contingent on drug screening results
- Must be able to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
