Job Summary
Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects while following approved messaging and utilizing specific call structures. Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics by achieving an 85% occupancy ratio and 95% on-time adherence. Demonstrate exceptional customer service through responsive listening and quick reactions, accepting coaching with a positive attitude. Work full-time day shifts Monday through Friday in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with wired internet, computer, headset, and web camera. All calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday
- Additional shifts may be required during the peak busy season
- Must work in the continental United States
- Must own your computer (that meets system requirements), USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted, undistracted workspace
- Must pass a background check
- Clear and effective verbal communication
- Ability to articulate message clearly
- Active listening skills
- Ability to respond appropriately to donors
- Pleasant and engaging voice with good pronunciation and diction
- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Physical stamina to maintain energy and enthusiasm during extended periods of talking
