Job Summary
Handle all incoming and outgoing guest calls with professionalism and efficiency as the primary point of contact. Operate the PBX or multi-line phone system to manage communications while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support the resort's operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
