Job Summary
Answer incoming calls to direct guests to appropriate staff, execute wake-up calls, and receive laundry for dispatch. Resolve guest challenges and enter requests into the computer system while maintaining accurate and precise information. Uphold core values, policies, and procedures of the resort. Work independently and in a team environment with both verbal and written communication skills. This 24-hour department does not accommodate set schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds across short-medium distance
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements

- Must work both independently and in a team environment
- Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
