Conduct smooth check-ins and check-outs while building memorable guest experiences. Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports. Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or the designated bell area. Share local area highlights and ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting assets. Perform hands-on duties including moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance. Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications throughout the shift.
