Job Summary
Guest-focused role handling check-in/check-out and guiding guests through their stay as a Guest Experience Expert. Responsibilities include processing guest requests, completing reports, and assisting with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or bell area. Must be on their feet for extended periods, able to move through narrow or elevated spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance); maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to policies. Position requires Arabic language skills and is based at Aloft Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
