Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously; manage wake-up calls and guest directory inquiries; assist guests with reservations in the Opera system (stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests) and facilitate food and beverage reservations or changes; coordinate with restaurant managers to maximize capacity; bill call costs and report complaints to the Call Center Supervisor; uphold emergency procedures, guest privacy, and standard policies; maintain knowledge of hotel services and enrollments; attend trainings and maintain professional appearance; demonstrate leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
