Job Summary
Conduct outbound telephone interviews using VOIP software to explain study purposes, answer respondent questions, and address concerns based on computer-based scripted questions. Accurately record responses into Excel databases, clarify vague answers, and invite qualified participants to focus groups or other market research forums while documenting their information. This role involves working from home in a quiet environment with flexible scheduling, supported by paid training and monitored call quality.
Required Qualifications
- Currently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming
- Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Good computer skills
- A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
- A home computer (desktop, laptop)
- A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc)
- A good internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 40Mbps
- A personal mobile phone
- Webcam, microphone, speakers
