Job Summary
Generate and oversee appointments for sales and service prospects from incoming phone call leads. Respond to inbound inquiries to develop customer trust and generate visits to the dealership. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals. Interact daily with Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Service Advisors, staff members, and customers. Maintain high call volume performance standards. This role supports Honda of Bismarck's mission to exceed customer and employee expectations while fostering teamwork and integrity.
