Job Summary
Connect clients with banking solutions by uncovering financial needs and recommending products such as checking accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans. Balance service requests with sales opportunities while providing subject matter expertise and quoting rates for banking solutions. Manage risk in every transaction and refer qualified clients to Line of Business partners. Requires intermediate computer proficiency, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
