Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations in a Remote Dispensing Pharmacy setting under Pharmacist oversight, managing prescription fulfillment workflows for production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off services. Execute controlled substance prescription tasks including counting, image capture, and inventory management while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Deliver compassionate patient care during interactions at the register, drive-thru, and over the phone, offering immunization services and other health support where permitted. Complete inventory activities such as cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and medication deliveries to maintain target stock levels. Mentor new hires on onboarding and training while remaining flexible for scheduling needs and voluntary travel to other market locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 18 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)

- 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Desired Qualifications
- CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT-Adv)
- Ability to become immunization certified
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Experience in an Inventory Specialist role
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
