Job Summary
Resolve global community inquiries empathetically while enforcing Terms of Use and monitoring reported content for abuse. Investigate sensitive user issues and escalate critical trends outside standard policies to management. Analyze data to identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements based on regional cultural signals. Assist the global community by acting as an effective user advocate while maintaining platform integrity.
Required Qualifications
- C2 English
- B2 Spanish
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days a week
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- innate ability to connect with users under stress
- strong bias toward doing what is right for the community
- High affinity and deep cultural/political awareness of the specific market or region supported
- Must meet the minimum agreed-upon English language test score via an approved external examination
- Must achieve the minimum required score on the vendor reasoning and analytical assessment
Desired Qualifications
- A college degree or some higher education
- relevant military experience
