Job Summary
Resolve user inquiries empathetically and accurately while enforcing platform Terms of Use and Community Standards through content moderation and policy enforcement. Investigate sensitive account issues and reports of abusive behavior, analyzing data to identify user patterns and workflow inefficiencies. Escalate critical trends outside standard policies to global management and leverage regional cultural insights to improve the local support framework. Requires C2 English and B2 Spanish proficiency, 40 hours weekly in Athens, with up to one year of BPO experience and relevant cultural awareness.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- innate ability to connect with users under stress
- strong bias toward doing what is right for the community
- High affinity and deep cultural/political awareness of the specific market or region supported
- Must meet the minimum agreed-upon English language test score via an approved external examination
- Must achieve the minimum required score on the vendor reasoning and analytical assessment
Desired Qualifications
