Job Summary
Train and quality-manage teleoperation operators, establishing consistent standards for task execution and data quality; onboard and train new teleoperation operators; develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and QA frameworks; act as the bridge between operations and engineering to translate operator feedback into actionable engineering guidance; maintain direct proficiency across robotic teleoperation interfaces (VR, joystick, control rigs) and support improvement of data collection pipelines and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools, interfaces, and data-driven workflows
- Basic technical understanding to engage productively with engineering teams
