Job Summary
Contact daily assigned HORECA sales points via phone and email to manage orders, returns, and changes while executing cross-selling strategies. Negotiate effectively to increase point-of-sale investment using available discounts and promotions. Provide quality service in Spanish and Chinese by diagnosing client issues promptly and facilitating feedback on competitive opportunities. Utilize CRM databases and applications to track interactions and ensure accurate resource allocation aligned with commercial strategy. Work 30 hours weekly between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., rotating weekends, with a guaranteed 10-day training program. Join a certified Great Place to Work team within a leading beverage multinational.
Required Qualifications
- Estudios secundarios (ESO o bachiller)
- IMPRESCINDIBLE Castellano y Chino: nivel C2
- Experiencia previa en ventas
- Capacidad para identificar oportunidades y necesidades del cliente
- Capacidad para gestionar clientes con profesionalidad y empatía
- Buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita
- Actitud profesional
- Habilidad en el manejo informático
- Agilidad en el teclado
