Job Summary
Conduct telemetry unit nursing duties with a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, rotating between day and night shifts. Float to multiple units including medical surgical and telemetry within the facility. Manage variable shifts that include every other weekend and holidays, with a maximum of 14 days off per contract. Maintain a South Dakota or compact license and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Submit detailed employment history entries including hospital size, trauma level, and patient ratios. Provide two charge/lead references from the last 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years
- South Dakota license or compact license
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location
- Must disclose previous employment for a DNU check
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
