Job Summary
Conduct telemetry unit coverage with strong orthopedic and surgical acumen, interpreting telemetry data and managing IV insertion and PICC line skills. Maintain 12-hour night shifts across three weekly assignments for a 13-week contract, adhering to a maximum of seven days off and facility holidays. Submit all time-off requests at application and coordinate scheduling directly with the manager upon assignment start. Provide two charge/lead references from the past year and submit proof of identification. This auto-offer position requires a Georgia or compact license, 18 months of telemetry experience with recent ortho/surgical exposure, and NIHSS and BLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 18 months of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Georgia license or compact license
- Live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare
- Strong ortho/surgical experience
- Telemetry interpretation
- IV insertion and PICC line skills
- 2 Charge/Lead references from within the last 12 months
- Proof of identification
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Registered license
