Job Summary
Conduct cardiac patient care in a telemetry unit, managing patients of all ages with a focus on acute care and tele/stepdown responsibilities. Provide 12 continuous months of telemetry experience, including floating to med surg and remote tele units as needed. Maintain a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working every other weekend and holiday with no call. Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania licensure, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and complete required pre-employment modules. Submit only if residing over 50 miles from the facility and adhering to HealthTrust Program gap requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months
- 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 12 months of acute care experience
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- 1-2+ years Tele/Stepdown experience
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- Charge/Lead references from within the last 12 months
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
- No call
- Floating required to Med Surg and remote Tele
- 7 days maximum time off
