Job Summary
Conduct cardiac patient care in a telemetry unit, managing patients of all ages with a focus on acute and stepdown needs. Perform duties including floating to Med Surg and remote Tele units, while adhering to a schedule of every other weekend and holiday shifts with no call. Maintain compliance by holding a Pennsylvania license, completing required pre-employment modules, and providing two charge/lead references from the last 12 months. This assignment involves 13 weeks of travel-only work for a registered nurse with 24 months of experience, including 12 months in telemetry within the last three years.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 12 months of acute care experience
- 1-2+ years Tele/Stepdown experience required
- Pennsylvania license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Tenor Health
- Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted
- Religious and medical declinations accepted for COVID vaccination
- Floating required to Med Surg and remote Tele
- No call
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
- 7 days maximum time off
Desired Qualifications
