Telemetry Technician Trainee

Interpret all telemetry patients 24 hours a day under close supervision and direct direction from the Nurse Manager or RN. Communicate with nursing staff via phone system to manage telemetry needs and rhythm changes accurately. Complete rhythm interpretation and documentation, including posting strips to the chart. This role supports the cardiac monitoring team by ensuring continuous patient assessment and timely updates to patient records.
