Telemetry Technician-Centralized Monitor Room Casual Nights

Telemetry Technician monitors ECG data and supports diagnosis/treatment of heart conditions in the Centralized Monitor Room. Responsibilities include attaching electrode lead lines, preparing skin, obtaining and documenting ECG readings, continual surveillance of multiple monitors, identifying arrhythmias or signs of distress, correcting artifacts, and forwarding results to the attending physician. Maintains ECG equipment and supplies in a part-time, casual-night role. Requires a High School diploma, ECG interpretation coursework, CPR – Basic Life Support, and successful completion of a background check.
