Job Summary
Telemetry Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse provides direct professional nursing care for telemetry patients at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital per diem. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices, promoting patient health and well-being through the care continuum using the nursing process, and maintaining a safe patient-care environment. Requires PA RN license and completion of BLS and ACLS before end of orientation, with emphasis on clinical, managerial, teaching, and communication skills to ensure quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current PA Practice Permit/Registered Nurse license
- BLS required
- ACLS required, must be completed prior to end of orientation period
