Telemetry RN (FT Days)

Telemetry RN is responsible for coordinating patient-centered care in the telemetry department, organizing and planning patient care, administering medications per Texas Board of Nursing and facility policies, maintaining nursing standards, utilizing AIDET, SBAR, and HIPAA guidelines, triaging using the ESI system, providing discharge instructions, and potentially floating to other areas as assigned. Requires ability to collaborate with healthcare team, accurate documentation in electronic medical records, and ensuring patient safety and timely care. Must have at least 6 months RN experience and Texas RN licensure; BSN preferred; BLS and ACLS are required. Located in Dallas, TX, with in-person work expected.
