Telemetry Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a 20-bed small-format hospital while following physician orders and adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques. Collect laboratory samples and perform testing in accordance with COLA and CLIA regulations, then manage admission, discharge, and transfer procedures. Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures and document all quality assessment activities. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality throughout care delivery. Requires current state licensure, 2+ years of RN experience in telemetry or ICU, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Schedule includes day shift (7AM-7PM) with night/weekend differentials; position is PRN/casual.
