Telemetry Registered Nurse / RN

Delivers safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process, performing thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans that incorporate patient and family input. Documents care accurately in electronic records, identifies learning needs, and recognizes cultural differences to personalize care. Functions within an interdisciplinary team, delegates appropriately, and assumes Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned while assisting in orienting staff and students. Identifies needs for policy revisions based on evidence-based research, collects and analyzes data to improve patient care, and maintains required clinical lattice points and contact hours. Requires a BSN or ADN with recent nursing experience, valid Georgia RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification. Shift work and physical demands involving lifting up to 75 lbs are part of the role.
