Telemetry Registered Nurse (PRN NIGHTS)

Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge to ensure patient and family comfort and safety. Follow physician's orders, maintain patient privacy, and adhere to infection control, isolation, and aseptic techniques. Collect laboratory samples, perform lab testing per COLA and CLIA regulations, and manage admission, discharge, and transfer procedures. Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures and document all Quality Assessment activities. Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires current state licensure, 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, BLS and ACLS certifications, and fluency in English. Pennsylvania RNs must have completed Act 33 and Act 73 clearances within the last five years.
