Telemetry Nurse

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies while performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, IV therapies, and enteral feedings within the RN scope of practice, accurately documenting all assessments, care provided, and resident responses. Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members while ensuring care plans and clinical documentation remain current. Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education activities.
