Job Summary
Telemetry Clinical Nurse on PRN night shifts (12-hour shifts from 6:30pm to 7:00am) on a 6-bed Telemetry Unit with a 4:1 patient ratio. Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum, and participates in professional development. Requires RN licensure and Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; BSN differential and shift differential apply. Includes orientation requirements, EPIC EMR training, and safety-sensitive work considerations. Primary location is Farmington, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- RN Licensure (RN)
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree
- Completion of new employee orientation and nursing orientation
- EPIC EMR training within first week before unit orientation
- Ability to work PRN night shifts (12-hour shifts) and maintain 24 hours every six-week period
