Telemetry/Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Telemetry/Cardiac Clinical Nurse provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Works nights in a safety-sensitive environment and participates in patient education, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and family or caregiver, ensuring communication of the plan across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and to plan care, with a focus on patient safety and advancing along the BJC RN Career Ladder.
